Refund
To be eligible for a full refund, your jewelry must be in its original packaging, the jewelry is not worn, and is in its original condition purchased, including product documentation. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We offer full refunds on all items within 14 days of receipt of the original package by our customer. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund, but we can provide you with an exchange. After 30 days, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange for any returned purchase of jewelry.
In the following situations, it is not possible to refund or exchange purchased jewelry.
- The jewelry is with obvious signs of use.
- The jewelry purchased, was not returned in its original conditions
- The jewelry is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Jewelry that is on sale cannot be returned or exchanged
- Jewelry by particular order cannot be returned refund or exchange
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow two weeks for your account to be credited; the return payment will be via the same payment you purchased (PayPal or any credit card payment.)
Shipping Returns
The shipping costs, and insurance or tax fees, will not be refunded in any cases of return exchange or cancellation of the purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning exchanging your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
